Delivery times

I am working around a small human! Most orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.

We will give you an estimated delivery date and keep you informed of progress by email. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within the expected delivery time period, please contact us at gemma@papercutts.com

Refunds & Returns

Can I return my goods?

We hope you love your paperCutts products but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the shipping date along with your original delivery note.

Returns or refunds on Sale items are limited to 14 days after receipt, unless they are damaged or faulty.

We cannot accept returns on personalised orders as these are made to order.

All we ask is that the items you send back are:

·         Unused

·         In the same condition we sent them out to you

·         In their original packaging

Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase. We regret that we are unable to refund the postage costs for returns.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Be sure be get a proof of posting.
